When & Where : The North American Indian AIDS Summit 2010 will be held at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, located at 123 East Main Street in Rochester, New York. Registration Fees and Vendor setups are as follows:  AIDS Service Organizations - $ 425.00; Community Based Organizations - $ 500.00; Pharmaceutical Companies - $ 1,200.00; College and University Medical Research Entities - $ 750.00       Arts and Crafts Vendor Fees are as follows : $ 200.00 for the entire event which includes a table and setups   Early Registration is strongly encouraged. By registering early, your organizations can save 15% off the normal registration fees.

Hotels and Registration Fees - The North America Indian AIDS Summit 2010 is requesting all participants wishing to attend this event make reservations and payments seperately. Hotels generally will accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and  US Government Debit Cards. All responsibility of payments are those of the attendees and/or their organizations. There are three hotels that are within walking distance (2 which are attached by walkways) to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. They are the Hyatt Regency, and the Radisson, The third hotel is a short walk, which is the Rochester Plaza. Their websites are accessible through the internet. We encourage early reservation as room available for this event are not guaranteed by Liberty Research Group.
